Het ronde meditatiekussen in zijn beproefde en meest populaire vorm. Door zijn hoogte van ca. 16 cm is hij bijzonder geschikt voor beginners en mediteerders met beperkte heupmobiliteit (bijv. wanneer de volledige lotushouding niet mogelijk is). Traditioneel wordt de ronde kussenvorm gebruikt voor de kleermaker- of lotusstoel. Bij rechtopstaand gebruik kan het kussen ook voor de hielzitting worden gebruikt. Het kussen heeft een draaglus voor gemakkelijk transport en een verankering onder de draaglus zodat de kapokvulling verwisseld kan worden. Bovendien kan Kapok naar wens worden bijgevuld of verwijderd en kan zo de zithoogte en het gewenste ondersteuningsniveau worden aangepast.
